Ingredients
2 cups of fresh Galmo
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon
1tbsp ginger and garlic paste
finely chopped green chili
1tbsp garam masala powder
1/2geera / cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili🌶 powder
1/2 tsp ajwain
1tsp chat masala
finely chopped onions
Chopped coriander
4tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp gram flour
Oil to fry
Semolina/ rawa for rolling.
