Thank you Father🙏. This evening I sat down to have a cup of coffee and ran across this particular video. THIS subject matter is what I've been waiting and praying for. I've been carrying this "anger", ""wrath" and " rage" around with me since my wife passed away in 2019. I would pray and ask God for Peace and Healing but I couldn't "see" that I was carrying this burden until I prayed with you. Thank you for being God's instrument in reaching me. I have found it helpful to meditate on the sorrowful mysteries of Christ; remembering how he was unloved as he hung on the cross, rejected by his people, abandoned by his apostles. Then I offer up all my pain in union with His. I let him know that I am willing to suffer pain for his sake. suddenly, my pain has a purpose, and I can take joy in walking with him through his passion. I hope this helps.

Divine Physican Jesus, please help me with my anger, wrath and rage. I am so tired of carrying this burden and living in fear of others. Help me to be humbled and love others well, putting their needs before my own. Help me to cooperate with my therapist and spiritual director, obeying their counsel. Please help my family as well, especially my brother Aaron who struggles so much with negative emotions and rage. Help him to be open to professional help. St. Padre Pio, please intercede for us and lead us to Christ's secure love, so that we may better translate that love to each other and the world. Amen 🙏
