When I met my wife, we decided this was something we wanted in our marriage. It has been the best thing about our marriage. When we don’t pray together, we can really tell the difference. It was a little strange at first, but it is the most essential thing for us. Awesome Video.

My bride and I have been praying with each other for most of our 19 1/2 year marriage! We consider it a vital part of our relationship. We usually pray together on our way to work. We are blessed to work in the same hospital with the same hours. If for some reason we are not able to pray together, we try to pray individually. But like so many other things in our marriage 😉, it’s better together!!

Amen. My spouse is on deployment. Everyday I find I need to pray for us, pray for our marriage and pray for him, especially. I don't always get to talk to him, however, I find praying so that he can read it; helps us to always run back to each other, helps us always stay focused on the Lord. I was looking for some encouragement and ways that I can start praying with my wife. We are not in a good place right now but the Holy Spirit has urged me that prayer will be the roadway to us seeing God work in our marriage as we begin to put Him in our every day living. What if my spouse always interrupts and cuts me off every time I pray and pour my heart out to God? I allow her to pray however the Holy Spirit leads her but then when I pray she gets offended and cuts me off.
