I have 5 children, 1 has never been in any kind of church, 2 are living for God and the other two are basically backslidden. One of my children prayed for the Holy Ghost for 10 years and he said he got tired of praying, and gave up. I have promises from God that He is going to save my children, but what I am asking is, should I wait on God to tell me when to fast for them, will fasting shorten the time it takes for them to come back.??? Thank you for preaching this, after listening to the whole message, I am understanding more about fasting.

We are a generation by and large of indulgences. Jesus said of this generation before His return that they would be "eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage..." We must focus on the Lord Jesus, not on social media, the pleasures of this world and other distractions and become good soldiers for Christ; who have discipline and walk in the way of the Holy Spirit, being led of it hourly, daily and continually. Please do not fast before you talk to God about it and plan it. He will let you know when you need to fast. Get a prayer life before you get a fasting life. If you don't know Jesus through prayer then fasting won't do anything for you but make you hungry.

God has all things for you. As he talks to you whether by a word, dream, impression or by other means, record it and follow it. To obey is better than sacrifice, however both increase the reward. Preach the Acts 2:38 gospel to all that you, and simply witness to those that you can't directly preach by word or deed. Read Acts 10 and be like that man to receive the best from heaven. Josh, I had a nightmare,a month ago. I never have nightmares.It was a man telling me, that I had to have sex, with a certain man or the man in the dream, would kill me. It scared me very bad.Ive been in a HARD trial. And failed horrible. But, Ive come back and won too. Ive also seen a demon in my church, but never told anyone.It was a demon of " causing trouble". God also gave me a vision of a building, where I could hold church.

About a week after I fasted, a demon came into my room trying to take me with them and the demon looked almost similar to what this pastor described. All black but with no head. I kept saying you're not gonna take my birth right, youre not gonna take my birth right as it was pulling me. Geez! Thank you Jesus!

Yes, the shadow people, thin man or demons are all one in the same; the evil angels who left their first estate. Often they attack us. Sometimes in other people, circumstances, events or in our sleep (with dreams, choking -old hag- ect). If the demon persists then use worship, praise or prayer and ask God's shielding and guidance as He knows how to protect and defend; no weapon formed can prosper against our God. However, every Christian can say greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Thank you for sharing your experience, and God bless you.
