This is simply a video I’ve put together where I would like to pray for anyone within the sound of my voice.
All I ask you to do is to agree with me as I pray and we seek our Heavenly Father regarding prayers for grief.
Please continue to meditate on this prayer for yourself.

It's strange. I'd listen to your prayers for everything, for exams, school, for anxiety, healing of my dad etc. But when my dad died 8 months ago, things changed, and I miss him and think of him all the time. I feel like I can't go on anymore. It only just clicked that I should see if there's a prayer for grief, and here it is. Thank you so very much for all that you do, I've found comfort in these prayers for everything in my life, and now I'm finding comfort in the Lord through these prayers with my grief. 🙏

Thank you oh so very much for this prayer. Today is Mentorship Day. Last night my very best friend and mentor has died. I feel so honored that our Lord God had his family entrust me with many facets of caring for him while illness ravaged and took over his body. I’m so grateful to our Lord Jesus for giving me strength on so many occasions that were too tough for me to handle. I thank God I have great compassionate Pastors at my church who helped guide me spiritually to hear The Holy Spirit in me, that guided my every action during this very, very hard time. I had to put my lovely Buttons to sleep November 2017 ( it seems like yesterday) ) I was very ill myself having coming out of hospital... we battled on ... but my baby was no more ... The day I decided to let him go to the angels ... his legs was giving way ... I knew it was time as well as the other problems he had ... was the most hardest day of my life .. Buttons was 16 ... he was brilliant but deteriorated in the last year fast . Before that I have lost 5 close friends die .. plus my mom has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and now Cancer ... Life is cruel ... but we have to carry on regardless... prayer is a comfort..

Thank you Jesus for this beautiful prayer. Please give us my family strength and comfort. Our brother who has been sick with cancer is not going to make it. We got the news from his wife. Please Lord wrap your arms around us and comfort us all especially my mother who is taking it hard. Be with her and my brothers and myself in our time of grieving. Thank you Lord for listening to me. Interesting how I'd ask/pray God for everything and when my dad passed, Dec. 24th, 2022, I completely fell apart and forgot to ask/pray to God. Grief is so overbearing and overpowering, BUT...GOD. HE never lets go! Thank you for having this prayer, I am thankful that someone out there thought of people like us when we don't know where to turn. My dad was my Earthly pillar for 56 years and now, he's with my PILLAR. May everyone here know that all our loved ones are with the most LOVING FATHER there will ever be!

Thank you for this prayer, I’m struggling and crying tonight because my dog is suffering with cancer and he’s not doing well at this moment. I’ve been trying to keep him alive for as long as I could without chemo or radiation by using holistic methods. He’s fought a good fight and has been holding on for his family but the time has come for us to let him go to his eternal resting place and have peace. I love him so so much and it’s killing me to let him go. I need strength and prayers.❤️🙏🏻❤️

Yes thank you Daniel. This is a very precious prayer for those of us going through grieving. Holy Spirit hold us up. Stand by us as we move through the day one step, one moment, one tear at a time. Send laborers across our path who understand. Thank You God for Your Word which understands as no one else can, the heartbreak we feel. May we not feel guilty about grieving because we also know how blessed we are. It's not like we want to feel this way. In fact it's the opposite. But we have to face up to the fact and not hide our brokenness. We know God that You love us in our brokenness and that means the world to us. You make all things beautiful in Your time. So whether it's tomorrow that this grieving ends, or if it continues many,many years, we surrender our grief to You. Thy will be done. In Jesus Name, amen. We glorify Your Name God and honor Your will. 🙌☝

Thank you Father for your unconditional love and guidance. It has been a difficult few months and the loss of my mom has been a big blow for my family and me. But I keep pressing on because I know these are all lessons in life that shows us through Christ how strong we can be in spirit and in mind.
