Hi Jennifer, I believe you can do the prayer at anytime of the day but preferably before you break your fast and before bed time. All the prayer points are 15 in total, so pray all the prayers everyday for the entire 7 days of the fasting period. Study the Bible passages and meditate on them, so you can use them later without using the bible. Let it stay in your heart, then it becomes your personal spiritual weapon. God bless
