Check out a condition called POTS. It's often misdiagnosed as anxiety, but it is actually something that constantly dumpas adrenaline and causes a fastt heart rate when going from lying down to standing or walking. Can cause episodes of high chest pain. It's common post covid.

Thank God for this prayer. I was led astray listening to ungodly videos (subliminal affirmations) which I thought were safe but I found out they’re just lies from Satan! My behavior changed and I was acting angry and bitter for no reason.
