Few things we have to avoid like Avoid 1) No Fridge water 2) sugar 3) Refined oils 4) milk it's products 5) processed food 5) junk food 6) Gluten 7) wheat 8) corn 9) cool drinks 10) potatoes 11) outside food 12)Maida 13)wheat 14)New rice 15)Tamarind ,pickles, soda 16)Mutton 17) ice creams 18) sauses 19) Barly 20) no peanuts Food to eat 1) Jowar 2) Ragi 3) old rice 4) Almond milk for tea or coffee 5) Jowar or Ragi sweet made of jaggery home made. 6) all vegetables 7) all fruits 8) curd 4 times a week only in lunch 9) salads 10) country eggs & chicken 11) Fish grilled 12) veg soups made in home 13) biscuits made in home with Ragi,jowar,jaggery. 14) buttermilk, coconut water & milk 15) only cold press oils sesame, rice,coconut. sunflower 16) Regular excercise & 1hr walk is must 17) Sit in early morning sunrise & do joints moment. Avoid jaggery also if u have pain. I followed this diet my CRP is in control. But twice in a month I do cheat lunch with made in home food .for dinner I will have simple soup on the cheat day. Ask your doctor before following the above diet. Spiritual side:: 1) Do Hoponopono prayer search in youTube. 2) Do Green Tara maa mantra chanting search in youTube. 500 times daily. 3) Do kathu shyam baba mantra chanting search in youTube. 4) Write Gratitude journal search in youTube. 5) Do some charity to needy on u r name. Green tara maa is very powerful in healing please go through the process in youTube & Starr chanting for good health. Good luck Please ask your dr about the above food list before u start.
