same, but to control it u can give ur social media pwds to ur parents so that they change it and u wont be able to login, but u can ask them to put in the pwd when u want to have a break but logout again so u dont login. this is working for me rn and its very effective u should definetly try this :) lmk!!!

How is your study session? Like once you sit to study do you complete that ch and then you get up of you study like 3 hr then take brake and then go again.. ???

Yes most of the time it is 3hr and sometimes when I don't want to take a break it's like 4 or 5hrs
