Hi Friends, this bridal ubtan is great for people who are allergic to turmeric. This ubtan can be used for both face and body. The proportions I have given is the one I like the most but you can modify it according to your preference. If you don't want to use so many nuts, you can increase the amount of flaxseed powder in the recipe too. This ubtan will give your face and body instant glow, do give it a try without fail....:)

of course it does, I just added some more ingredients like red lentils pd, besan , rice pd & multani mitti. Apply the paste daily for 10 mins before you go to bath , then to remove scrub very gently. Don't use face wash & then simply apply a mild moisturizer + sunscreen.

Hi Aarti, I actually looked into it, I was looking for paraben free preservative and liked Optiphen but it is so expensive (4000 rupees for 8 oz) so just left it at that. But I will keep on looking and if I find something I really like and is affordable, I will post it here....

Hi Shivani, you can use freshly extracted aloe vera juice but it spoils easily (usually by the next day) so if you are using fresh aloe vera gel, I would suggest immediately storing in the fridge. If you store it immediately in the fridge, it should last well for about 4 to 5 days...
