It works very well, But found out that day the Gimbal is too wide for the pan... However I could turn it upside down.

Don't really think that was a fair comparison when you were in the pre capture mode your shutter speed was 1250 or 1600 but when you were shooting in Aurora your shutter speed was 4,000. Also most people that shoot in the pre capture mode set their Fps to 120 not 30. In fact I didn't even know that you could shoot pre capture at only 30 frames per second
