The Louboutin Chelsea boots are amazing! The other combat boots seem similar to the Chanel ones you already have. Hope you got the Chanel scarf and woolen cap--they looked nice on you and are a classic for many years--plus you will get to wear them in the cold UK weather. The CL booties with silver spikes are nice-but trendy--CD booties were better and more classic. When we buy such expensive shoes--we want to get to wear them for a few years. Cd puffer is also trendy for the price-but it did look cute on you---loved the cashmere hoodie!!
