Crying is definitely an energy release, but I totally get it. I tend to hold it back unless I really completely can't. Having honest convos with Scarlet regarding emotions is so healthy for her emotional wellness though ❤

After going through something totally awful a few months ago I had a few appointments with a therapist, one of my biggest concerns was staying strong for Scarlette because I felt like she needed to know that I was able to be strong to keep her safe and healthy. The therapist told me that it is ok to let her see me cry and to just reassure her that I am ok I am just having a lot of feelings I need to get out through crying . It made me feel way better even though I still feel guilty when I do it.
