I’ve had the same bottle of oil (RR) for over a month now and didn’t know how to use it as a pre poo but your video showed me exactly what to do. I wouldn’t have thought about adding heat at the end so thanks for that tip too! You and your hair are beautiful :) Thanks!

I can’t say it, it’s too much for me 😜 Anyway I would love to know the science behind why this is helpful...I always thought oils would weigh down the hair and prevent water from getting in, but that’s before I knew about sealing/coating oils... but I still don’t truly understand it. Do you have a video or post on this? I checked out the ingredients and there are so many different oils included, I’d love to know what they all do!

Hey Lu. When you pre poo over night, what do you do to not get oil on the pillow case especially if it's a silk pillow case? I want to try it, but afraid of ruining my pillowcase with oil spots.

Angelique Peters wear one of those cheap, disposable plastic shower caps on your head to aid in heat insulation and lay a towel over your pillow, that’s what I do anytime I do any kind of over night scalp and hair treatment

The shower cap is just a cheapy from the grocery store. The heat cap is from curlycailin.ie
