6 to 7 cashews soaked in hot water
3 big tomatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Schezwan sauce recipe ingredients
1 tablespoon ginger chopped
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 tablespoon Celerie chopped
4 tablespoon oil
10 to 12 Kashmiri red chillies deseeded
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt to taste

Hi saranya, what will u do with left over sugar syrup? Every time I do jamun I have some quantity left over don’t know wat to do with it. Which oil do u use for schzewan sauce ?

Hi, I sometimes use leftover syrup to prepare shankarpole ( sweet version ) and if it's small quantity , I use in lemonade

U can use the left over sugar syrup to prepare easy bread jamuns - toast the bread till crisp & soak it in sugar syrup, another recipe is to prepare peanuts or groundnuts chikki, roasted gram chikki & for preparing fruit juices or jam.
