Touching on your max range conversion- It seems like a lot of people shoot a little and think that they can shoot comfortably and reliably out to distance, and then once you’ve shot a lot at distance you start to realize just how tricky it can actually be. I’ve shot tens of thousands of rounds and my max range for hunting is still 400-500 yards. There’s just so many variables at play and you don’t realize that until you’ve gotten a lot of rounds down range.
