One big con of pre sale is that they always go way over the expected delivery date. I have one that was delivered 18 months post delivery and another one that will be over 2 years late. That is not uncommon.

As you know, there's pros and cons in both options you just mentioned. One pro buying a RE-Sale, it's already built, so no chance at the developer going south. 🤣🤣

Too many stories of delays in presales, in my opinion. Resales with possibilities to renovate the place is way more attractive.

@mentalwealthwzofia yes, some pre-sales can be delayed and that can be frustrating. For those who like doing renovations, a resale could be the best option. Unfortunately, what we have noticed is that most people do not want to start the process of doing renovations, especially if they aren't here to direct the contractors. Either way, there's options for everybody who would like to invest in real estate here. We simply help find the best for your needs. 👍😃
