We hired a convertible car to get around as we were stopping off at motels and hotels each night to stay in! Took us about 3 days on Route 66 to get to Vegas and then another day to get to LA 😊

@@smallie210 we relied on Airbnb for our LA section of the trip as we also found hotel prices absolutely ridiculous! That sounds like a fab way to spend a 40th 🥳

We wore comfy loungewear like hoodies and joggers and were allowed in :) There we people around wearing jumpers, leggings etc. when we were there!
