At Bramidan we had a vision that we could make a vertical baler within 24 hours. From the point of time where we take the first steel plate until we have a finished machine at the end of our assembly line.
To fulfill this vision, we made a new investment in a new pre-treatment and robot powder coating plant.

With our new plant we are able to produce high-quality balers in less than 24 hours. At the same time, we can meet the demands of our customers for special baler colours. Due to the powder coating, the robots can change to another colour very quickly, making our production flow much more flexible.
