Preaching Isaiah Christmas 2024

This begins a new series in the Isaiah Project in which we will explore how a critical study of the text of Isaiah can open possibilities for contemporary preaching. The series is titled "Can Isaiah Preach."
My impression is that contemporary preaching is likely to answer with an unspoken "no." This attempt for Christmas comes late, a reaction to what I did not hear, which nevertheless might be a useful exercise to stretch the imagination. Other offering while come occasionally, as the spirit moves me.
