PLEASE NOTE: There is a correction - The Constitution (42nd Amendment) Act was enacted in the year 1976. Mistakenly I have mentioned it as 1946.
This amendment has added three words in the Preamble : SOCIALIST, SECULAR AND INTEGRITY.
