They are very strong. I'm shocked that they don't break when lifted in the centre that way. Are they prestressed wires too, Or just standard re-bar within the concrete

It says in the video that they are prestressed. This type of foundation was also used in Soviet Union for panel housing, except that piles used here had sharp end to go more easily into ground. Nowadays this method is rarely used as it causes heavy vibration to nearby buildings and is very noisy.

Why i feel that this is most stupid thing i have seen in my life?! Concrete can not be driven in the soil because will crack. Only steel beams cam. Concrete must be poured into.
