I would like to commend Peter Samir (Graduate Student), and Professor George Morcous, for conducting this valuable research and advancing the technology of precast, prestressed concrete tremendously by studying and testing precast, prestressed concrete trusses. When I was investigating the tragic collapse of the FIU pedestrian bridge in Miami, a precast, prestressed concrete truss bridge, I found the information in this video and associated thesis and journal paper extremely useful and relevant to the case.
