I think it 's hard to make the inner mold. I have made the inner mold in taper shape but it 's still impossible to remove the concrete product. Could you tell me the trick?

Hello sir Thanks for your concern We would like inform , in most case in india tappered middle frame worked well, although in cold weather it create some problem to de-mould the precast. for this problem we have developed a perticular mechanism for the smooth de-moulding of the precast. Thanks for your concern. Yes, You are right in some cases especially where humidity is higher it is difficult to de-mould the precast. Although we have developed specific mechanisms for smoothly de-moulding the precast. For more details kindly contact us.
