Sir, at time 7:30 you said that if true length of chalk is 2.4 cm then in that case measurement with scale ( 2.4 cm) will be more accurate. A question arises that if this is the case then it would mean that there is no uncertainty in our measurement, which goes against the rules of measurement.

Sir, if the precision is related to the least count, i.e. Smaller the Least Count, greater the Precision, and according to definition, Accuracy also depends on the least count, why is Accuracy independent of precision? Isn't the accuracy varying directly with the least count? And if that is the case, Shouldn't it be right that smaller the Absolute uncertainty (Least Count), greater the precision but smaller the accuracy..??

sir it means that precision of a measurment depends upon the least count of instrument being used and accuracy depends upon percentage uncertainty.
