All this is a very important part of making everything happen in your life! And the workers make about what a garbage man makes per hour!!! It's a sad under paid trade!

I am also a machine machinist in a workshop similar to this one. In Switzerland we get a very good salary. But for some it's not about the money they make, it's about doing what they love to do

@@beni_122 right! Rock stars, and actor's love what they do to! But liking what you do doesn't pay the bills!!!!!

@@DT-wp2yc are you a machinist? everyone is free to be a machinist, everyone who complains that they have too little pay should work their ass off and become an engineer

@@beni_122 I am. And it's not the point! I'm a programmer that has done this trade for 25 years. Not everyone can move up into something else! Point is that it's a highly skilled trade with a lot to know, and you have to be highly motivated, mechanically inclined, and have a very good attention to detail! The trade should pay better! 2 reasons it's hard to find people for this kind of work is money, and the kind of person it needs!!!!

@@DT-wp2yc from which country do you come? Here in Switzerland, the profession is very highly regarded. we also get a very good minimum wage here. I agree with you, this job is not paid fairly everywhere
