I'm a teenage girl who wants to learn boxing, but my father doesn't want me to. I watch and learn from you coach and I practice at home instead. This man is like a father to me. Thank you so much coach for posting these videos and for teaching us

@@KalFks Your father is just trying to protect you. Tell him you want to learn boxing for self defence, say if necessary he could train you by holding pads or buying you a boxing bag or training dummy for home. Trust me, he'll understand. He just doesn't like the idea of you going to a boxing gym and get hurt or something. Just talk to him.

Wise observations. Sometimes my mind turns into a black hole too. Like I'm out of ideas. Someone will say that these are only 4 basic punches combined with footwork, what can be forgotten here? Repeat over and over again and create a reflex memory. Sorry, English.

Great job as always, Brother! I've used PLENTY of your videos and shorts as additional training aids for my 12 year old daughter (for my own training, too!) and the way you break down and explain all the techniques and workouts is masterful. I truly appreciate what you do, and every time I see you upload a new video, I already know it is going to be something I need to watch! Keep up the great work and know that you are value added to the world of boxing training. Cheers from Arizona and keep on punching! 🔥🥊🌵

Thanks for this, coach!! Been getting tagged a lot in sparring and wondering why. My head movement is pretty good, but looks like I need to implement more footwork/ pivots. Also having a hard time getting inside the reach of taller opponents. Its frustrating, but I never stop working. Every jab I eat is a lesson learned..lol!

Hello coach thanks a lot for your lessons. I have a serious head up problem I can see punches coming but because I have a head down I lose score and some times I don't see my punches hitting the opponent face . What should I Do . Please put some drill for that ❤🙏🥊
@PrecisionBoxing29 күн бұрын
yes, I understand. This used to happen to me a lot. You need to train your eye focus. On the heavy bag try to look at a line on the bag as if a piece of tape was wrapped all the way around the bag. Start with that. Then in sparring keep your focus on your opponent. Practice training your vision. It takes practice just like anything else.

Can't help but notice you have some really big calf muscles. Got any advice to get them big as yours?
@PrecisionBoxingАй бұрын
It’s just genetics. Train for what you want your calves to do, do you want speed? Do you want endurance? Just do the right protocols for the results you want
@LuffyTheLabradorАй бұрын
@@PrecisionBoxing ok thank you for the reply I'll keep that in mind👍
@MagouSallaGueyeАй бұрын
You usually don't want big calves in martial arts because they slow you down. If you notice, mowt fighters do not train them to get them big. Fighters who have them big have them big because of genetics. If you have them small, you are lucky
