CNC Electric Motor Bearing Housing Repair

Here at Precision Zone, we offer electric motor bearing housing repair completed in-house. We use a Toyoda Stealth 1165 CNC machine to precisely rework and create ODE and DE housings for various AC spindle, AC servo, AC standard induction, and DC servo motors. The entire process can be completed while keeping the material in the machine, taking out the factor of human error and increasing productivity compared to doing the same process on a lathe.
We are able to acquire laser accuracy by using BIG KAISER boring bars. Renishaw probes are then used to guarantee accuracy up to 0.0002. The machine we use can accommodate bearing sizes up to 6314 and 6217 series. Custom created fixture allows us to mount fixtures with an outside diameter of 32” or smaller.
