Hey Andrea. The panel is a sashiko stitching panel. You use threads that would be similar to your cross stitching threads but you use all six strands. The small dashed lines are the lines that you stitch. It is a running stitch. Quite relaxing when you get into it. You could use the fat quarters with the sashiko panel and the other panel to make up a quilt. Think of them like the dashing and the sashiko as the blocks. Hope that helps.

From what I've read there was a mixup or something with the designer and getting the fabric in time. That's why she didn't post the designer last month. She is great if you can't find the pattern to download. Just message her and she's on top of it, getting it to you or leading you to it. She's great. I just love her.

That’s a sashiko style Japanese slow hand stitching panel. They are usually a sort of denim blue and you use slightly off white sashiko thread. The blue tie dye makes me wonder if it is also some sort of sashiko. But I do not recognize that.
@ArkansasGalsАй бұрын
Very interesting. Imma have to learn more about that

How do you go about getting all of your project boxes, do you get some of these boxes as gifts for showing project's from the many different companies... When do you have the time for making these projects as you get so many? The sewing attachment tools are probably to keep the fabric dust from accumulating in your sewing machine... How do you fit projects in every day and still keep the house clean, groceries and cooking when you have so many projects to do?
@ArkansasGalsАй бұрын
I do get a lot Gifted to me. I’ll always say at the beginning of the video if it was gifted. And I absolutely don’t do every project. 😂 only a fraction of them. Everything I do, you’ll see in a sew with me video. So I sew about 1.5 hours a day. Very achievable! And I pay someone to clean hahahaha

@@ArkansasGals Bella Rose Quilts has a clearance on Lori Holt. Bundles of 25 one-yard cuts for $150. Older lines. I got some from Prairie, Bee basics, Home Town, etc. no choice, but I was very happy with the bundle I got. And I wonder why the heck the emails got so messed up. 🤨
