Only now do I really appreciate the subtleties of the lament score. playing at 5:08. Its really well composed. Everything i am i basically owe to my father. He hyped me and my brother up about movies we weren't allowed to watch until we were old enough... Predator 2. Species. Eventually we were old enough and I saw Predator 1. Ahaha, i was scared that night because of preds face. It's hard to believe i grew up worshipping predator, alien, avp and subsequent scifi that basically repeated the same formula's in different ways. My parents also brought me to book stores where we could select white dwarf, warhammer magazines and they'd buy it. I saw shadow raiders as a kid, and eventually got to playing mass effect trilogy. andromeda even. warhammer games. halo. You name it. mechwarrior and a bunch of truly great games... I've been gaming on consoles for years since I got a laptop and eventual desktops... Warcraft and AVP games. Starcraft. Lord of the rings... Only now in my mid thirties did i get to see the giant industry that produces this stuff on an annual basis... Comic books i read, spawn, avp, and even got into reading a bit of novels and listened to brilliant alien audiobooks, warhammer audiobooks... One space operah after another with tons of scientific documentaries to boot... Carl Sagan's cosmos, the one space documentary with Sam Neil, Wormhole and hundreds more. How advanced the internet really is... How easily and quickly we got all this technology...
