I have played this game for 7 years here is my thoughts. Pixonic is a not a good company. I request all of my information par to their user agreement because they punished me for asking for a refund and treated me with disrespect. I bought deal for a mk2 robot with mk2 weapons that came to me at all base level. So I asked for a refund which they dragged their feet because they do not provide refunds. So I went through Google instead before their refund process expired. When it went through they where very very responsive. They asked for the refund number and when provided took all my gold and left me -1500 and told me never to do that again. When I sent them a email about collecting all of my info par to the Shine the Light Act they asked me if I wanted all my info delete and my account.
