Great stuff Rhett! You have a video from about 2-3 years ago in which you went old school on an easel and paper discussing LLC structures with about 3 houses per LLC and an umbrella for multiple LLCs. A trust is good, it is just expensive to get up and running. Worth it when you have a lot of houses.
