Great video, I've watched Gio since he had his first monster tank , watching him build his new master tank was very impressive indeed, he has excellent knowledge, passion and does a lot for the hobby, since he put subtitles on all of his videos, we cam now all understand, but I've always watched them even without.

It’s surprising to know that Indonesians keep snake heads and fish in general. I’d thought they’d prefer to eat them. My partner is Indonesian and she told me in their culture they’re not taught about being kind to animals etc
@ogacules58272 жыл бұрын
Snakeheads were used to be eaten and still is. It's just that the snakehead keeping trend has been on the rise for the past 2 years in Indonesia. And people here do keep animals as pets and love them and its not theyre not taught to love animals, it's probably a culture from a certain ethnicity that mostly keep animals for livestock purposes and probably got used to seeing them that way.

I miss seeing all the really special fish you used to keep in the round tank. Please can we have a feeding video for the fish that made it from Florida? Oh and Sheila having a banana please!

If there are so many farms they should legalize here in the states. Obviously with the hobby they won’t be in risk of extinction anymore.
@rudlum72502 жыл бұрын
I dont think farming to prevent extinction would be a problem. The problem might be people releasing them into the wild and causing abnormalities in ecosystems... just my thought, but I know farming to prevent extinction wouldn't be an issue at all
@zebedeemadness26722 жыл бұрын
@@rudlum7250 They was rare, so was banned for trading in the US to prevent people taking the last of the wild stock, but now breeding in captivity it so successful, there no issue as are they aren't being taken from the wild for the hobby, there's no need. The US is just slow to catch up, coz if Rod lived in Canada, he could just buy as many as he could get, without much or any fuss, other countries you can own them pretty easy.
