Thanks, Rod, very complete...and like you say, they aren't hard to keep once you set them up in proper conditions. I hate to see, in comments on social media, that their new fish, "Stupid thing died!" , when what they mean to say is, "I was so stupid, I killed it by not caring for it properly..."

Hey guys it good to see u all together. Congrats for your successful move and your family is doing well. And with paddle fish I have been around them all my life. And I'm almost 60yrs old. And they didn't stay alive for millions of years because they are hard to keep alive. When people fish for them I hate it. But they do but they stay alive for a long time. Before they are dispatched. They are very rugged fish

I like it how rod & Kevin first learn how to handle fish then bring huge quantity to sell so that they can guide customer how to take care of fish.who does that. Predatory fins care about fish & it's customer.keep a good work guys.

If those tiger musky are the same as what are stocked in some lakes in my area and not just a color morph then they are a sterile hybrid of a northern pike and a musky. They are put in some lakes here in Washington to control populations of carp, tench, and other fish.

Having alot of oxygen could have something to do with that there a river fish. Does that make sense or am I wrong. Was wondering because I know people that fish for them in Missouri they get huge I've seen them close to 60lbs and 5ft long very cool fish. But anything that's prehistoric I believe should be protected in any state or country but that's my opinion so that's so cool u guys have a bunch of paddle fish so cool guys.

The electroreseptors are called the Ampullae of Lorenzini. It’s a weird name to call them but that’s probably why I remembered it.

The organs that sense them, the little pits, reminded Lorenzini, the french scientist who discovered it of old roman spherical flasks called ampulla. So he called them Ampullae of Lorenzini.

It looks like the closer they are when you let it float in the water the closer they are to the block the more they fill it and they stay away from it but the further it is away from the paddlefish I don't think they feel it as bad but I see what you mean when you say there's some of them that I think they can really feel it fish are fascinating

Tiger muskies huh you do know that fish is better known as the 10,000 cast fish because you got to throw your lure 10,000 times to get a muskie to even think of biting on your line I mean lure has to be perfect it has to look perfect it has to move at the right speed I mean it the planets have to be lined up right the moon has to be on the right side of the planet for that damn fish to bite and you will cast 10,000 times just to get one strike from a tiger muskie but when you catch that fish you know you got a hell of a fight on your hands those fish are strong in their smart as hell
