That albino "eel" is one of the most unique fish you guys have ever acquired 😉👍🏻 If I'm not mistaken, true eels are marine ( except the freshwater moray )and have a single continuous fin running the length of their body and lack ventral and pectoral fins. Regardless, that beast is exceptional 👍🏻

Anguillidae eels are raised for food from wild caught larvae. The albino eel is would have been found in one of those facilities.

Hey guys I worked at a Murry cod farm, from breeding to grow out. If you would like any information or advice I’m happy to share. I would keep a close eye on them at those densities. They will eat each other. They will try to eat a tank mate that is the same size, generally fatal for both. They grow extremely fast in the right conditions…. 1-1.5kg in 12-18months.

Careful with swamp eels they're considered invasive here in our Country (Philippines) they're destroying the rice fields with their burrows, but all in all amazing finds that albino eel is majestic!
