I think I've figured out Doug's bad takes. Two things: 1. Dude plays with these kids in Challengers and assumes that translates to the league even though the pace and level of teamwork is dramatically different. 2. He had that delusional confidence when he was a player which helped him overperform and he assumes giving these players a shot will pay off, but it's not 2011 anymore. Teams can't chalk their orgs hoping these kids will become stars in 3 years. Boston went from a upper mid pack team to the very bottom on his confidence with Snoopy.

You could not have had a better season going into champs then this, 4 major tournaments, 4 different winners, all 4 of the top 4 won one major and looked like the best team in cod at different points during the season, it truly makes this event a toss up, I hope we get all 4 top 4 teams squaring off in winners round 2, the only team that there is concern behind is of course the home town team optic, you would think they should be able to fix there issues but a team like that should never be finishing 12 in the league, that’s very concerning, it may be past the point of return, they might be chalked, there going up against a team that on paper optic should run threw, but LAG just finished top 3, took out Toronto in round one of the major, you can call it a fluke they still did it, optic might have a hard time with this team especially if lag comes in with confidence, it might be a big shot to optics confidence, I don’t see them getting out of the losers bracket if lag beats them I think optic needs to see winners round 2 to have any chance here
