I've got money on DeDeker beating Humphries...DeDeker is an outstanding talent and can rival anyone in this tournament.

@andybarry5315 in the world championship, it's humphries to defend, that's the difference, humphries will be training hard for this again. Dedeker is a good player but having to beat everyone else before getting to humphries is asking a lot, the stamina will catch upto him probs later on if he wins his first matchup and he'll most likely end up losing being too tired and can't concentrate, it's a long time up on that stage with sets in play, and this time there is no doubling in like there was in Grand prix.

@@Dynomique yes lots of factors...of course nothing is a given. DEDeker's draw leading up to Humphries is favourable though, and i think the Belgium has learned a lot in this year. Nothing more so than beating me on the Scolia a few months back 🤣
