I think the Seahawks could get 11 wins. They have their holes filled, they got guys in the draft and from free agency that can help with the run support. The receiving trio got so better with them now having a solid wr3. They got a great corner to pair with Tariq. I think this could be a scary team if they can all stay healthy.

Titans had a solid defense before injuries destroyed them. They're getting Landry back who missed the entire season, and replaced their loss of David Long with Arden Key and another guy. Offense definitely needed the most help and they went there in the draft - 2 OTs, QB, RB, TE, and WR (though I wish they did RB in 7th and WR in the 3rd). 4 wins is definitely possible but I see them getting 7-8 again.

The Titans aren't a great team by any means, but I don't see them getting the least number of wins out of any team in the NFL on this list (four) seems ridiculous for a few reasons. This is going to be a long comment, so feel free to scroll to the summary at the end. NOTE: This doesn't account for any trades. 1) The Titans were the most injured team last year in terms of personnel used and salary cap on IR, the former of which is unlikely to repeat for three years in a row (it happened the preceding year), and those came for more critical components. 2) We didn't draft a defensive player because it wasn't the problem at all. The run defense had the fewest yards given up per game including the playoffs for two years in a row, and we just hired DB coach Chris Harris, one of the best DB coaches out there and someone who could be a future DC. At no point then did we score at least 28 points or more and only won one game where we allowed over 20 points. This is with the injuries to our front 7 (Simmons, Landry, Autry, Fulton, etc.) 3) The offensive line got significantly better already with the addition of guys like Skoronski and Dillard. We had the worst offensive line in the NFL last year per PFF, with Henry being forced to run without any help whatsoever and Tannehill constantly getting harassed in the pocket. 4) Playcalling on offense will definitely improve with Todd Downing's firing and Tim Kelly's hiring. The former is awful with any personnel you put in front of him while the latter managed to make Davis Mills look somewhat competent and got the best out of Deshaun Watson and will actually feed Burks and Chig Okonkwo, the tight end with the most yards per reception last year. 5) The Vrabel factor. He can trot out my high school team and somehow walk away with 7 wins. He had the worst offensive line and receiving corps in the league with the most injuries on a bottom 5 offense and didn't even get a top 10 pick. For reference, last year's offense was worse than in 2015, when we had the 1st overall pick. He has neither the ability nor will to lose out. TL;DR Injury misfortune unlikely to repeat, defense is still good, line and playcalling improved, and we still have Vrabel. How are we worse than the Texans or Colts?

Honestly if you actually watch us play the defense isn’t the problem so forget what Wyatt says our OC and the fact that nobody could stay healthy killer us last year. Tannahill isn’t a top 10 QB but he’s proven when we need him to at least be a serviceable QB and not make mistakes he can do that for us. The only concerns in the new OC and the o line and our WR core weather or not they can step up. Other than that 2nd place in the division is fine

I don't think sam is a question mark, the biggest thing that happened to washingtons offense in the off-season was the signing of EB from the chiefs. They went from having the worst OC in football to arguably one of the best. They have a ton of pieces on offense so even if sam turns out to be average they're still a 9-10 win team.
