The only adjustment I might suggest is quite general and simple: Shani's nature is the co-existence of opposites: Shani (Saturn) is not just opposed to authoritarianism due to its owning Kumbh (Aquarius), Shani also embodies the authoritarian nature of Makara (Capricorn). These are opposites, and Shani embodies both. In many ways, Makara and Kumbh are not opposite, but in some ways they are. Makara (Capricorn) is supports leadership, often against rebellious people, but Kumbh supports the people, the collective, often against bad leadership. So this agrees with your view this transit will be a good time to correct wrongs, and those wrongs will have to do with people who are more concerned with their power and wealth, than doing good. But that was not the case when Shani was in Makara. At that time, Shani supported bad leaders doing unprecedented degrees of wrong to people. Vedic astrology (hindu) is based on moon sign. Western astrology is based on sun sign. If you are a Virgo, i.e. Aug/Sept born, then this is not the one, as Vedic astrology is based on the position of the moon in your chart on the day you were born. For eg. I am a Cancerian as per Western Astrology, i.e. sun sign and a Sagittarius as per Vedic astrology. I follow the moon signs since it is more accurate than the zodiac sun sign.
