RBF & GFR is decreasing
Glomerular endotheliosis
Oliguria
Proteinuria
Blood urea, uric acid & creatinine levels are rising.
2. Liver
Periportal Haemorrhagic necrosis
Increases liver transaminase enzymes (AST, ALT / SGOT, SGPT)
Subcapsular Haematoma
Epigastric pain or right hypochondriac pain
3. Placenta
Abruptio Placenta
Oligohydramnios
IUGR
4.CV & Lungs
-Oedema
Haemoconcetration
-Thrombocytopenia
5. CNS
Vasogenic oedema
Headache
Visual disturbances (Blurring of vision, scotomata, convulsions, retinal detachment)
