Think they would have a swaddle seat or something. A child that small is fragile, and I wish there was something better.

The Strap ACTUALLY Should Be At Or ABOVE The Shoulders

Tabitha Johnsoneerf That is only for forward facing children. When the child is rear facing the straps should be at or below the shoulders.
