I think this astrologer needs to learn more.. Eg: She was talking about Modi becoming PM when his Sade sathi starts while transiting Saturn placed in Tula which is its exalted place. This is not the reason.. His Moon Dasa is Neechbang Rajayoga Dasa which takes him to the Kings seat. When a powerful Rajayoga dasha is happening, Sade sathi has less weightage.
