I love this house! My only issue is, I would at least like a half bathroom for company that might stay over or just visit. I'm handicapped and leave personal items out so they are easy to reach for me and don't want to have to put everything away should people come. I've got decisions to make before I contact you and see about how much I can modify a home's design. I'm looking to buy 2 homes and connect them with a garage so I have my own space and my daughter is next door in her own home. Thank you so much I really enjoy the video's.

Very nice floor plan, great space! The only thing I would add FOR ME is a screened in front entrance before you get to the front door, for the mailman to put packages, and it can have hooks inside the entrance to hang rain coats and take off wet shoes before entering into the home.....Beautiful home!

Nice home. Please stage all videos with largest bed. So we can actually see what our bedroom furniture would look like. I would want two full bathrooms. At least one with a tub. Bedroom closets from one side of the wall to the other. The front door area coat closet for coats, shoes, boots, backpacks, purses, extra blankets etc. Maybe a side door mudroom with side by side laundry and cabinets with storage. Put the coat closet in the mudroom. I also like the lofts. I would use that other closet as a pantry, broom, and vacuum closet.

Love it! Reminds me of the Faulkner, but I like the Faulkner bathroom better. I would love it if it had double windows over the sink like the double-wides have. I would make the coat closet a pantry. Should have been on the other side of the desk. It would be cool to see a one bedroom, bath &1/2 with a double-wide kitchen & bathroom with soaking tub & separate shower. Maybe a walk-in closet and a screened in porch out the back like in the tiny homes. Lots of single retired women and couples out here. 😁

This is my favourite Cottage home. I love the larger size of a tiny home oh, and I also love the fact that it has a two-bedroom but the desk area a large enough living room to really feel like in this home and I love the kitchen it's large and spacious. You've thought of everything stop an actual linen closet so that bear closet that you showed us and she said could be your coat closet it probably should have been aligned linen closet with with shelves. Just saying.

I'm so LOVING this gorgeous home!! I'd modify a bit. I'd lose the window in the entry way and kitchen next to the door and make that my wall of art. I'd add a big wrap around porch all the way around the house! Also lose the office space and make that a half bath. I'd turn bed room #1 into a huge walk in- closet with a small transom window on top instead of a lg window. Also, in the master I'd make the wall with single window a slider in center, and if possible make the hall door bath a pocket door. Then last but not least, paint the exterior that magic black with cedar accent walls here n there. Haha, and that would conclude my operation. 😄

Ok here is a challenge. I’d love to see this kitchen in a 399 sq ft home with just a 1 bedroom love the kitchen and the porch. Could do without the extra door in the dining room area and the windows there. Take out the extra bedroom and desk area. A challenge Mr. tiny. Compact the living room a little but keep that awesome kitchen.

Island would stand out more if it were black or gray alittle smaller . If you put fireplace with floating shelves on both sides and to cabinets on both sides . I don't need the desk would rather have w/d side by side and pull out drawers for cabinets and pantry . with screen in front porch and big cover deck on the side and lake view if only I could I would. I might have to get one of these, love all the counter space and cabinets in kitchen. Wonder why there no no canned ceiling lights in primary bedroom, and I presume there were none in guest bedroom. Ceiling fan lights just aren’t adequate lighting on their own. As a senior, having more deep drawers (rather than lower cabinets with doors) in lower kitchen cabinets is easier on us than bending down to reach the back of the bottom cabinets. Again, it’s a nice plan. Good work.

The kitchen is wonderful, I can't think of a thing to change there. Also love the coat closet. If I was buying this to put on my own land, I might just do away with the front door entirely and use the side door as the front. Though there probably needs to be more than one method of egress now that I think about it.

It's lovely and I like it. Except you forgot to say, if you are 7 feet tall with long arms, you could use the shelf above the washer/dryer for your laundry soaps. That would definitely be a shelf for decor for all of us 6'5" and under. :) Imagine with the bulk of the stacked washer/dryer there and trying to reach the shelf for your soap. LOL.

Mr Tiny, i don't care for the back splash in the kitchen or in the shower it's too busy of a design! I also don't care for the floating entertainment center. nor the way it being set up where that the TV would be put across from all of those windows Because just like the reflection about doors is on the picture in the video it also happens to the television when you have all those big windows across the room from the television
