On this type of prefab as per experience need yan lagyan ng roofing. Kasi if aasa ka lang sa roof na given ng prefab is madaling pasokin ng ulan at sa siding or sa connection ng ceiling gagapang ang tubig.. D kakayanin ng gutter lalo na pagmalakas at malaki ang volume ng ulan. Kaya its better na magfabricate ng truss para malagyan ng roof. Just a friendly advice if you want this type of housing..

Adding vertical space will also make it appear bigger, not making it look cramped especially when you have furnitures and appliances. Also, you can add skylights on the roof top to let the sunshine in. No need to turn on lights during the day which lowers your electric bill.

Great suggestion yeah I also think they should separate the toilet and sink from the shower why would I want to use a shower and then my toilet is all wet as well as making handicap accessible for people in wheelchairs if I was walking in the bathroom with a king or a crutch I can easily slip and fall and hurt myself no I do not think they should have an open toilet and sink and shower area all in the one place it has to have some separation but I like your suggestion

I agree. This type of house have been in the market for a very long time. However, traditional thinking still insist on Cement, CHB, Deformed bar etc. A very laborious process. Let's hope one day our Government can boost this type of business which can give our people cheap and durable homes.

@@ChanSales i don't think you can effectively and cheaply insulate that tiny space with temperatures reaching up to 50°c in some places. Majority of PH already have temps close to that. The only place that would work is Baguio

Not bad. Maganda ito kung kailangan mo agad kuwarto o office tapos maluwag yung lote para madeliver. Kung may toilet, kailangan may space para makapaghukay ng septic lines. Mukhang maganda as apartment pero usually mga magandang lugar for apartment masikip mga lugar na malapit sa mall o mga office buildings. Sadly, most of the time at hindi ka nagmamadali, mas maganda pa rin magpagawa ka na lang sa makakaptiwalaan na foreman o contractor.

Ikaw lang ang nagblog ng napakaganda tungkol sa prefab modular housing facilities. Yung iba ang damot hindi tuloy maimagine kung mafanda ba talaga o kwentong barberi lang. Tulad ng Smart at Indigo. Damot sa encouraging ideas to buy. Akala naman nila bobo ang mga mamimili sa design at parang nanakawan ng designs. Ito ang pinakamaganda sa ngayon na nakita ko. Maraming salamat po. Malayong matibay yan kaysa sa kahoy. Kung sa init, palagay ko may insulation foam ang mga ding ding nyan. Mas matatag din yan kaysa concreto pagdating sa lindol. At yan ay floating, meaning nakapatong yan sa concrete slab na pede syang ma lock dahil sa mga butas nya sa lahat ng kanto at welding. Pero pede rin na hindi na.
