If only and only salary is your criteria then go for MBBS. Law can give you exposure, skills, etc, but not as much salary as MBBS from a decent college can.

I don't know about NLS, but yeah, 1385 is a good rank for NLUO/RGNUL.

My batch (23 Batch) saw 75+ placements, but current year passing batch is not seeing such placements. The reason behind that, is that a lot of organisations overhired from 23 batch. So yeah, placements would not be good this year, but that does not mean the college is bad. I would say go for NLUO itself.
