Preforming an Australian Sapphire

This is when I get the rough and preform it, helping us get a better idea of the shape and cut for the gem.
This Australian Parti-Color Saphire, which looked a lot different from when we got it to it's preformed state. It's very interesting seeing a gem begining it's transformation. Enjoy the video!
