Im 5months pregnant with (a year ago ) manipulated right sacrailiac joint along with x2 harrightin rods with 3 lower disc free for mobility, is there any information for pain management exercise or relief?

There is actually severe change before and after pregnancy .. I have had 23 degree before pregnancy however after pregnancy my curve degree reaches to 49 degree . Which is terrible .
