Honestly you can do everything; and still end up with stretch marks. I think it’s nice to use creams and butters. It does feel good when your skin is so dry. But it doesn’t work for everyone. I started getting stretch marks at 8 weeks with my first. Just embrace it. Those stretch marks were a product of growing your baby. Which you’d never take back that gift you were blessed with! So I just tried to roll with it ❤

Also adding; my youngest is almost 3, I didn’t really gain any new stretch marks with him. But now they are so light and so faded. You can’t really even see them anymore. So they won’t last forever ❤

My midwife recommended to take a tablespoon of prune juice every night and it does the same as colace! I didn’t want to take “a pill” everyday which is why she suggested. I still do it now and my son is 19 months!

I’m not pregnant but the Auden “signature smooth unlined bralette” I got from target sounds perfect for pregnancy! It’s a whopping $13, has the most buttery soft fabric, and is adjustable. It’s kind of a sports bra silhouette but is a little bit molded so it doesn’t compress at all. It was a random impulse buy that I felt bad about at first, but now I wear it at least twice a week and I might need to get more colors :))

Even if ur not worried about stretch marks ur stomach is gonna start feeling tight and dry and uncomfortable. I use an organic cocoa butter. Helps with some of the discomfort(:

I have so many stretch marks from my weight fluctuating over the years, so I don't know if i will get any from this pregnancy. But I remember them being so itchy and uncomfortable so I have been moisturizing ALL. THE. TIME. Even when I'm tired and ready to collapse in bed. lol. Do you have any plus sized friends that have good maternity clothes suggestions??

I'm around your age and I haven't had a child yet, (late bloomer lol) but I'm just curious if you always had a name you'd liked and if you were still going to go with it. Great products I have thought about trying belly bandit but didn’t know they had leggings cause I haven’t been able to find a well fitting pair of maternity leggings and it’s so cool we have the same pregnancy tracking app I like it cause it’s made by the people behind the what to expect when you’re expecting book and it’s more then just how the baby is doing it also tell what your body is going through and it has exercise tips and maternity clothing tips for example
