Love this workout. Have been doing almost everyday since 1st trim & now I'm in my 8th month my legs are much more sculpted than b4 pregnant 🤭 thank u for this!

This has been a regular workout throughout my pregnancy (38 weeks now), along with quite a few other videos from this channel and I must say, they have even a blessing! My doctor is extremely impressed with how steady my blood pressure and over all health has been throughout this pregnancy(with my first my blood pressure started to creep up and became a concern near the end) and I'm 100% certain I can owe it all to this channel for helping me stay healthy and happy this time around 😊 !

Very effective workout! Am in my 7th month and was beginning to have some cellulites on my thighs . I've been doing this exercise for about 10 days and I can say they're almost completely gone. Thank you!

This is such a blessing! I have a cerclage and was just cleared to workout. My worry was accidentally doing too much because I usually do more high impact workouts. I will be doing this on the days I don't hit the treadmill. Just got through my first time and it felt safe and effective! I appreciate you a lot.

Love the workout! Only feedback is that it would be good to have a starting bell noise or for you to say ‘let’s go’, as I couldn’t always see the screen. Thanks for all you put out there :)

Thank you for a great easy workout for beginner. I am looking to gain extra energy and boost my endorphins a bit. I am intimidated from some workout videos because it has been a long time since I have worked out. This workout felt amazing! Sweet and short but definitely got my blood pumping and muscles engaged.

I started following you workouts only and made a plan if anyone else wants to try Monday am full body workout pm bedtime yoga Tuesday Am leg and butt workout pm yoga for legs Wednesday Am pilates any Pm yoga any Thurday am rest pm bedtime yoga Friday am full body hitt pm pilates any Saturday legs workout pm yoga for nerve in legs Sunday upper workout pm bedtime yoga I try to add in bed yoga everyday and sometimes morning yoga !

Hi Jessica, been loving your videos. Thanks so much for doing them! Just wanted to mention about the ads in the middle of the videos. Of course I understand you've got to make money and I dont mind watching an ad at the start of a video. But workout videos dont work well with ads in the middle as it interrupts the workout, sort of defeating the purpose of the video. Could you please consider only having ads at the start and/or end of your videos, not in the middle?

I generally love your workouts, especially the yoga ones, and I've been exercising with you for some months, but during this particular one I experienced pain and possibly I got myself hernia - tomorrow I'm going to the doctor. I found it too demanding and fast. I hope to be able to do some more excercise before the birth.
