I always said I wanted 2 or 4 kids because I came from a family of 3 kids me being the only girl and having two brothers. I always felt having come from a family of 3 kids that at any given time each kids experience feeling left out or alone. That’s why I wanted 2 or 4 kids and I ended up having 2 boys and it worked out great for our little family. Most importantly do what works best for your family.

I really envy you your pregnancy. My first was a killer. I threw up so much it made me miserable. I had the type that I was sick all day. I would throw up on myself driving to work. That went on for four months, then I couldn't stand the smell of things. I was ok from them on. He was born on his due date. The second was the same but it went on for five months. And he was born early. The third was easier but was also last. After three boys, the odds of me having a girl were not in my favor. You are such a a great couple any child would be lucky to have you.

Katie, in my experience with each pregnancy, I show earlier. Also the bump changes and looks bigger at night because you have had more fluids and food through the day. Also Travis, look into teaching baby sign. If you dont use it, i highly suggest it. It really allows you to have understandable communication with them before words and full sentences.

My son’s birthday is 10/16. He was 3 weeks early. Couldn’t wait for his 11/06 due date evidently! We didn’t pick his first name until 2 weeks before he was born. We knew his middle name was going to be the same as my husband’s because it was also my Dad’s name.

I have 3 kids and I’m here to tell ya the world is not equipped for families with 3 kids. It’s an extra hotel room, odd plane seats (sometimes not always), we go on cruises and it’s hard to find a room for 3 kids so we end up needing 2. None of these deal breakers obviously (your family was huge lol), but just extra expenses to consider.

I was sicker for my son my morning sickness was more of day sickness and it was debilitating at times where with my daughter I only had morning sickness a handful of times then nothing. CONGRATULATIONS ❤ I can’t wait for baby #2 y’all are fantastic parents

Being a parent is one of the most if the most rewarding experiences of our lives. God has entrusted their little lives in our hands. We don’t take them lightly. When I was pregnant with our son, I was the one that said I will be the disciplinary parent. I had a plan of how to be because we thought my husband would be the softy. As soon as I set eyes on him, I was so in love I knew I was going to be a pushover. Now he is 17, just graduated from high school and still melts my heart with just a simple look. We are so proud of him. It seems every thing he has accomplished in his life feels like that same feeling when he took his first steps or said his first words, or sang his first Jesus verse as we called them. I don’t ever want that to change. As a parent, we always want what is best for them. There will be times that they will have to learn things on their own but he never has to be alone. Just as Jesus never leaves us. Keaton will always know he has parents that are in his corner forever.
